All TBI sub bass modules are warranted for a period of 5 years. All electronics are warranted for a period of 3yrs. Warranty service is only available to the original owner for those products but service is offered on all ETL™ based designs. Detail warranties accompany each product.

You must submit a copy of your bill of sale or cancelled check for warranty service and mail the defective product to the address below. Non-warranty service should be mailed to the same address and a estimate of repair charges will be submitted via e-mail before servicing.
